All shipments require a signature to be received. Be sure to select an address which has an adult available to sign for the order.
Insurance is optional, which can be selected at checkout. We highly recommend adding insurance to protect against damaged or lost shipments.

All Sales Final
Due to the exclusive nature of our brand and products, all sales are final upon signature confirmation of delivery.
Exchanges for Store Credit
Exchanges may be requested for store credit equal to the value of your order, if you request to return your purchase within 7 days of delivery. A label will be provided. Exchange credit will be given in the form of a code which expires after 6 months. You may give this code to someone else or use it yourself. Treat it like cash.
Pending orders may be canceled at any time.
Shipped orders may be rejected before or at time of delivery (do not sign the shipping confirmation, request a return to sender).
All orders are thoroughly tested, inspected, and documented before shipment. If an item in your order is defective in its workmanship (and we overlooked it), we will send you a replacement after receiving and verifying the defect. A defective claim must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. You will be provided with a return shipping label to send back your defective item.
Damaged Goods & Lost Shipments
If you receive damaged goods, or the shipment was lost, it will be your responsibility to file a claim with the insurance carrier if you purchased insurance.
